The Bailiff runs a tight ship. He doesn’t stand for any monkey business! It’s his job to make sure everything is going right. Nazdak and the professor built The Bailiff from the ground up. They found a dead person and took his head and put it on top of a 10 foot robot, creating a cyborg (half man half machine: for further reading see Robocop, and The Terminator).

 

Don’t let the brawn fool you, The Bailiff has a brain too. He studied applied mathematics and language arts. He reads at a 30^th grade level! He doesn’t use his genius in battle though, when the shit hits the fan, and the blades of that fan are moving quickly, and the shit is propelled forward in the opposite direction and seems as though it might strike him, The Bailiff doesn’t sit around contemplating elaborate metaphors, he kicks ass! One time he kicked so much ass that he actually, physically, kicked somebody in the rear-end, if you can believe it! The Bailiff is a cyber-superhero in his own right, but he is loyal to the cause and fights along side Nazdak and manages the cyber-prison. He rules with an iron fist too, so watch your step, you don’t want to end up in the cyber-prison.
