HISTORY: Mr. Electric Blue, is pure electric energy, he exists only through electric devices and highly conductive natural materials, for instance, he adores swimming. Mr. Electric Blue, has never been seen by anyone, because human eyes aren’t powerful enough to detect pure electric energy. His presence can be felt though, and has been on several occasions. It’s like when the hair stands up on the back of your neck and you think some one is there… it’s often Mr. Electric Blue, he’s quite shy. He can be anywhere and everywhere all at the same time, for instance, he can be in some city in like Russia and be in Boston, Massachusetts, at the same exact time, and it doesn’t even have to be Boston! It could be New York City, or Washington D.C, or Los Angeles, or Denver, or even a small city like, Wilmington, Delaware or Charleston, South Carolina, see, now you begin to see how powerful and dangerous he is!!!

          Mr. Electric Blue is actually so powerful that the cyber jail is only virtually holding him. He could not escape completely but he could be somewhere else at the same time, or two places. But since time has no bearing on his life at all he has no need to escape. He can simply wait the sentence of 15 light-years and get out then. It’s not even waiting it takes no time at all.
